Matt Cleveland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Matt began their career in 2013 as a Case Manager at River Valley Behavior Health, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, Matt joined Encore Technologies as a Technical Recruiter, and later transitioned into the role of Manager, Human Resources in 2020. Matt then served as the Director of Human Resources from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Matt holds the position of Account Manager at Encore Technologies, starting in September 2022.
Matt Cleveland earned an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Henderson Community College in 2008. Matt then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky between 2009 and 2011. In 2018, Matt pursued further education at the University of Southern Indiana, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration in 2019.
