Sr. Project Manager at Encore Technologies

Natalie Grady has extensive work experience in project management and technology consulting. Natalie began their career at AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1983 as a Systems Analyst Consultant and was promoted to a Member of Technical Staff. Natalie worked in this role until 1992. In 2007, Natalie joined Convergys as a Senior Project Manager, where they were regularly assigned to complex IT projects and collaborated with clients and vendors using Agile methods. Natalie remained with Convergys until 2018. Most recently, Natalie has been working at Encore Technologies since 2019 as a Senior Project Manager.

Natalie Grady has a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University. Natalie also holds a Bachelor's degree in Data Processing from the University of Dayton. In addition to their formal education, Natalie has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Break Through Performance Group in January 2019 and a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification from the same institution.
