Ralph Steele, PMP, has extensive work experience in project management. Ralph is currently the Director of the Project Management Office at Encore Technologies, where they have been since April 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Practice Lead at Encore Technologies from November 2019 to April 2022. Before joining Encore Technologies, Ralph worked at Mercy Health (formerly Catholic Health Partners) as a Program Manager and Senior Project Manager from August 2013 to 2016. Ralph was responsible for leading the Supply Chain Project Management across multiple hospitals and facilities and providing management training and development. From 2006 to 2013, Ralph worked at Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions as a Senior Project Manager and held various positions, including Program Finance / Procurement Manager, Project Manager, and Project Requirement Manager. During their tenure at Cincinnati Bell, they managed large-scale network projects and handled financial management, procurement, and project requirements. Ralph also has experience at Fifth Third Bank as an Assistant Vice President of Information Technology from September 1991 to January 2006. Overall, Ralph Steele, PMP, has a strong background in project management, with a focus on healthcare, telecommunications, and banking sectors.
Ralph Steele, PMP, completed their Associate's degree in Computer Science from Southern Ohio College from 1989 to 1991. In addition to their degree, Ralph has obtained several certifications including Model-Netics Instructor and Model-Netics from Main Event Management Corporation in May and June 2015 respectively. Furthermore, Ralph earned their Project Management Professional certification from PMI in May 2009.
