Who you are: · An experienced Medical Director confident in your ability to lead a high-volume hospital. · You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · You are a strong leader who enjoys partnering with your PM and other team members. · You value mentorship, training, and supporting your team members. · You're flexible and able to pivot and adapt as needed. · You're passionate about medical excellence and superior patient care. · You're looking for a fantastic hospital to be a part of that has built a wonderful team culture. If you’re the ideal candidate, you’ll: · Have earned a DVM or equivalent degree. · Be passionate about veterinary medicine and elevated patient care. · Have prior experience in a MD or leadership position. · Offer strong clinical experience, with a full range of general practice skills including dentistry and surgery. · Be in your element in a high-volume, team-oriented hospital. · Appreciate the ability to treat a broad range of cases, including those that may be complex. · Be ready to face any challenge or obstacle head-on, with a positive approach.
