Margarita Kashkay

Margarita Kashkay is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in project control and organizational capability development. Currently serving as Project Control Manager at ENCOTEC since February 2018, Margarita previously held the position of Organisation Capability Manager at BP from November 2014 to February 2018. In that role, significant contributions included the development of a Procurement & Supply Chain Management functional capability program, facilitation of graduate recruitment campaigns, deployment of Category Management processes, and coaching PSCM staff in alignment with a global development roadmap. Additionally, Margarita has experience as a Business Development Manager at TISA.
