Tarlan Bilalov

Tarlan Bilalov is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at ENCOTEC since January 2022, Tarlan previously held positions as Senior Procurement Specialist and Procurement Lead at PROKON LLC and its subsidiary from April 2021 to January 2022 and from May 2020 to April 2021, respectively. Tarlan's career commenced at ENCOTEC in various procurement roles from 2007 to 2014, with notable contributions to company procedures and project coordination, complemented by earlier experience as a Project Manager and Business Development Manager in different organizations. Tarlan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Mediterranean University.
