Lenka Shahinian

Lenka Shahinian is an accomplished executive professional with significant experience in administrative support and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Encotech Engineering Consultants, Inc. since January 2022, Lenka manages complex schedules, provides daily support to executives, and engages in research and recruitment with a high degree of discretion. As the Owner/Founder of Dress Avenue, established in 2012, Lenka has successfully created an online boutique for handmade clothing. Previous roles include Office Manager at Next Signal from 2014 to 2017, where responsibilities encompassed travel booking and project management, and an Accountant at Prague & Company, P.C. from 2005 to 2007, supervising financial operations for an investment firm. Lenka holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, and Human Resources from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
