Antonette Burks has an extensive work history, starting in 2000 as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Elements of Elegance Interior Design. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Program Coordinator for the 501 3(c) Aquatics Program, where they handled scheduling lessons, hiring instructors, and ensuring safety protocols. In 2012, they joined EMANI VEGAN COSMETICS, initially as an Assistant to the CEO, Sales, and Customer Service, and later as an Operations and Traffic Manager. During their time at EMANI, they managed various aspects of the business, including display development, packaging design, inventory logistics, and customer service. Antonette played a key role in the company's growth, increasing sales and maintaining major accounts with retailers like Target. In 2018, Antonette became a Project Manager at Stephen Gould, overseeing packaging, display, and merchandising production. Antonette successfully managed critical projects within budget and schedule. Following that, they worked as a Scheduler/Office Manager at Accredited Driving School from 2019 to 2021, and as a Test Center Administrator at PSI Services LLC from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Super Color Digital, LLC.

Antonette Burks is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Project Management at Waldorf University. Antonette started their studies in 2021 and is expected to complete their degree in 2024. Prior to attending Waldorf University, Antonette attended Norco College from 2016 to 2019, where they worked towards obtaining an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Logistics.
