Heike Wemhoff is currently serving as Co-Geschäftsführung at encourageventures e.V. since September of 2022. Heike also holds the position of Gesellschafterin at Westmetall GmbH & Co. KG since August 2009. With a background in risk management, accounting, reporting, and information management, Heike has extensive experience in various roles within the company, including Geschäftsführende Gesellschafterin. Prior to their current positions, Heike held roles such as Planung und Organisation at Trienkens AG and Redakteurin at IUWA - Institut für Umweltwirtschaftsanalysen Heidelberg e. V. Heike holds a Doctor rerum politicarum in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Heidelberg University and a Diplom Volkswirtin in Angewandte Volkswirtschaftslehre.
