Laila Shaban is an experienced Talent Partner at Adamas Knight, where collaboration with venture-backed startups and innovative leaders focuses on building exceptional AI teams. As the Founder and Host of Prodigy, Laila engages with emerging tech talent and entrepreneurs, while also serving as a Business Angel and Advisor at encourageventures e.V., promoting visibility and support for women entrepreneurs. Previously, Laila worked as a Consultant at Durlston Partners, scaling teams in machine learning and data science, and held roles in financial insurance at Howden M&A, investment banking at Credit Suisse, and investment analysis at Plena Capital Ltd. Laila holds a BSc in Business and Management from the University of York.
