Martina Pfeifer

Martina Pfeifer is a highly experienced professional with a strong focus on private equity and gender diversity. Currently serving as a Member of the Advisory Board at Verdane, a growth investment firm since 2023, Martina co-founded encourageventures e.V. in June 2021, which aims to support female investors. As the Founder of Whistler GmbH and a Member of the Founding Committee at Level 20 DACH since 2018, Martina is dedicated to advancing women's representation in senior positions within the private equity sector. Previous roles include Director at Advent International from 2009 to 2024 and Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs from 2007 to 2009. Martina holds a Diplom in European Business from ESB Reutlingen and a Bachelor of Arts from Dublin City University.
