Vanessa Fischer is a highly experienced professional who currently holds the position of Co-Geschäftsführerin at encourageventures e.V. and Senior Manager Digital Business Development at KION Group. Vanessa has a background in investment banking, having previously worked at companies like Brockhaus Capital Management AG, Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, and Commerzbank AG. Vanessa is also involved in the establishment of the KION Invest unit, focusing on cross-border investments, partnerships, and ventures in startup tech ecosystems.
