Anthony Cook has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Anthony started their career with CNA Insurance as a Multi-Line Commercial Claims Specialist, where they handled complex commercial claims in a seven-state region. Anthony then worked at Farmers Insurance as a Property Claims Supervisor for Illinois/Wisconsin. Cook later joined Grange Insurance as a Property Claims Manager, responsible for implementing programs to improve settlement accuracy and customer experience. Anthony then moved to Nationwide, where they held various roles, including Property Claims Training Manager, Claims Manager for the Property Blue Ribbon Repair Services Centralized Team, Property Large Loss Claims Manager for the Midwest Claim Zone, and Associate Director - Casualty for the Midwest Claim Zone. Anthony'sresponsibilities involved managing teams, developing strategies, and achieving high productivity and customer service ratings. Anthony Cook obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Paralegal Science - Military Science from Eastern Kentucky University from 1992 to 1997.
