Brian Rowe, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and total rewards. Presently serving as a Senior Compensation Specialist at Encova Insurance since June 2022, Brian previously held various roles at Vermeer Corporation from October 2012 to June 2022, including Total Rewards Specialist II and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included conducting job analysis and providing HR support to management and employees.
