Casey Jordan

Casey Jordan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Casey began their career in 1998 as an intern at Inco Alloys, providing part-time IT system engineering support while attending college. Casey then joined Special Metals in 2000 as a Database Administrator before moving on to Lockheed Martin as a Senior Database Architect in 2002. Casey returned to Special Metals in 2003 as a Senior Database Administrator until 2005.

In 2005, Casey joined Brickstreet Insurance as the Director of Information Technology, where they played a crucial role in building the IT team from scratch and implementing high-performance systems. During their time at Brickstreet, Casey held various leadership roles and managed teams responsible for the data warehouse, business intelligence, infrastructure, application development, and service desk. In 2018, following a merger with Encova Insurance Group, they were retained and promoted to Assistant Vice President of Information Technology. In this role, Casey led the enterprise data warehouse team and initiated several programs related to self-service analytics, data conversions, and data governance.

Currently, Casey serves as the Vice President of Application Services at Encova Insurance, a position they assumed in October 2021. In this role, they lead a newly consolidated enterprise application services organization, overseeing a team of direct reports and on-shore/off-shore vendors supporting application development, release management, architecture, and operations.

Through their varied roles and extensive experience, Casey has developed a strong skill set in IT leadership, database management, system architecture, and team management.

Casey Jordan graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems.
