Donna Boeggeman

Donna Boeggeman is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in various leadership and management roles across multiple organizations. Most recently, Donna served as Vice President and Business Director at Encova Insurance, overseeing all aspects of the profit center for the PA West Team since February 2019. Previous roles include serving as Business Director at BrickStreet Insurance and Director of Account Management and Network Administration at HM Insurance Group, where responsibilities included managing a large staff, overseeing account functions for a substantial client base, and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and clients. Donna's career began at Marsh as a Senior Client Manager, where management of high-profile clients was a key focus. A graduate of Robert Morris University, Donna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
