Eric Kluempers

Eric Kluempers, CSP, has extensive experience in safety and loss control, currently serving as a Senior Safety & Loss Control Consultant at Encova Insurance since February 2025. Prior to this role, Kluempers worked at Zenith Insurance Company as a Senior Safety & Health Consultant from June 2024 to February 2025 and held a position at Encova Insurance as a Safety and Loss Control Consultant from April 2019 to June 2024. Kluempers also has a background in safety coordination with Granite Construction, where responsibilities included managing compliance with safety programs and developing safety initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at the City of Fishers as a General Laborer and an intern in the Department of Public Works, contributing to community service and public works accreditation efforts. Kluempers earned a degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from Indiana University Bloomington in 2014.
