Leslie Myles has a strong background in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial lines. Leslie has held various leadership roles throughout their career. At Encova Insurance, Leslie served as the Regional Vice President for Commercial Lines, overseeing the profitability and losses for the Ohio and Michigan divisions. Leslie developed and executed strategic plans for growth and retention and was responsible for leading the expansion into Maryland. Prior to this, Leslie worked as an Assistant Vice President for Commercial Lines Middle Market at Encova Insurance, where they managed a team of renewal underwriters and implemented profitability plans.

Before joining Encova Insurance, Leslie worked at Motorists Insurance Group, where they were an Assistant Vice President for Commercial Lines. At Nationwide Insurance, they served as a Commercial Underwriting Manager, managing a team of underwriters and focusing on new business and renewals for multiple states. Leslie also has experience as a New Business Specialist and a Senior Commercial Underwriter at Motorists Insurance Group.

Early in their career, Leslie worked at Nationwide Insurance as a Commercial Lines Training Specialist and a Commercial Underwriting Specialist. In these roles, they developed and conducted training courses, performed quality reviews, and trained new and experienced underwriters.

Leslie Myles (She/Her) obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Ohio Northern University between 1993 and 1997. Additionally, they hold a CPCU certification, which was obtained in 2007.
