Paula Swetlick

Paula Swetlick has extensive experience in administrative support roles, currently serving as the Assistant to the CEO, Corporate Officers, and Chief Risk Officer at Encova Insurance since March 2018. In this position, Paula coordinates board and committee meetings, administers the board portal “BoardVantage-MeetX,” maintains the civic fund, and ensures compliance with Federal Election Commission filings. Prior to this, Paula held various positions at Motorists Insurance Group from March 2009 to March 2018, including Assistant to the President, Treasurer/CFO, and Corporate Secretary, where similar responsibilities were carried out. Additionally, Paula has a background in human resources and administrative functions, with multiple roles at Mount Carmel Health System from June 1995 to March 2009. Paula's educational background includes a general degree from Lexington High School.
