Ramu Lingala

Ramu Lingala serves as EVP and CIO at Encova Insurance since February 2025, following a tenure as VP of Commercial Lines Technology at Liberty Mutual Insurance where responsibilities included leading Small Commercial Lines technology and partnering with executive teams on strategic initiatives. Previously, Ramu held the position of Chief Technology Officer at State Auto Insurance, overseeing IT strategy and enterprise architecture. Ramu's extensive experience at Allstate includes various leadership roles focusing on technology development, infrastructure transformation, and policy administration. Ramu holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BS in Computer Engineering from Nagpur University.
