Randy Perez

Randy Perez has a comprehensive work experience in the insurance industry. Randy started their career at Allstate in 1997 as a Territory Product Manager and worked there until 2002. Perez then joined GEICO as a Sr. Product Manager from 2002 to 2004. Randy continued to advance their career at Travelers Insurance, where they served as VP Product Management from 2004 to 2011. Perez then joined QBE the Americas as VP Product and Pricing from 2011 to 2014. Randy then moved to Horace Mann, where they worked as Vice President P&C Product Management from 2014 to 2019. Currently, Perez is employed at Encova Insurance, starting as SVP Product Management from 2019 to 2020, and currently serving as SVP and Chief Underwriting Officer, Personal Lines.

Randy Perez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Wichita State University from 1990 to 1994. Randy later attended the University of Kansas School of Law from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained their JD degree.
