Ryan Binau

Ryan Binau, CPCU, CPRM, is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in personal lines management. Since July 2019, Ryan has held various leadership roles at Encova Insurance, currently serving as Regional Vice President, Personal Lines. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Motorists Insurance Group, where responsibilities included the development and execution of underwriting policy and strategy as Assistant Vice President, Personal Lines Policy & Strategy. Ryan's career also includes positions at Phenix Mutual Fire Insurance Company and Motorists Mutual Insurance Company, alongside roles focused on underwriting and sales. Ryan holds a Master’s Degree in Insurance Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Business, specializing in Management of Information Systems, from Miami University.
