Will Johnson

Will Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning across several companies. Will started their career at Marcus Evans in 2005 as a Senior Sales Executive, where they worked until 2007. In 2008, they joined Westfield Group/Westfield Insurance as a Commercial Underwriter and later transitioned to the role of Regional Sales Manager from 2010 to 2013. Will then joined Motorists Insurance Group in 2013 as a District Sales Manager until 2014. Will went on to hold various roles in the company, including Business Development Manager from 2015 to 2017, Assistant Vice President Sales from 2017, and currently serves as the Vice President Sales and Operations. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Encova Insurance as the Vice President and Business Director.

Will Johnson graduated from Heidelberg College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General and Public Relations.
