Aswini Kumar Sutar

Aswini Kumar Sutar has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Aswini kumar began their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys in 2003 and later joined Wipro Infotech as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2005, they moved to Mphasis as a Team Lead and then joined ITC Infotech as a Senior Project Manager in 2007.

After working at ITC Infotech for eight years, Aswini joined Danske IT and Support Services India Pvt Ltd as a Development Manager. Aswini kumar played a key role in managing and leading the development team.

In 2017, Aswini joined CEPTES Software Pvt. Ltd. as a Global Delivery Manager. Aswini kumar successfully managed the delivery of projects and ensured client satisfaction. Aswini kumar later became the Assistant Vice President, playing a crucial role in the company's growth and development. Currently, Aswini holds the position of Vice President of Development at CEPTES Software Pvt. Ltd., where they are responsible for developing and executing strategies aligned with the company's goals. Aswini kumar also manages the financials of the practice and builds and manages a team of professionals.

Aswini Kumar Sutar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST), Berhampur. Aswini kumar has additional certifications in ITIL, SAFe 4.5 Leading the Lean Enterprise, Salesforce Adm201, and Scrum Master.
