Hannah Churton is a Governance and Policy Consultant at Collaboration for Impact, where responsibilities include advising on government relations and facilitating communication between federal and state agencies to enhance collaborative capacity in Australian indigenous communities. Concurrently, Hannah serves as a PhD candidate at Fight Food Waste CRC, focusing on the implications of food waste biorefinery laws and regulations. As the founder of The Worm Monger, Hannah promotes education on reducing food waste and provides consultation on organic waste management. Previous experience includes roles as a Gender Advisor and various positions at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, where Hannah managed foreign policy initiatives, developed strategies to improve gender equality, and coordinated international relations. Hannah holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Waste from the University of Southern Queensland and advanced degrees in anthropology, law, and communication.
