Zibo Wang

Zibo Wang is currently a PhD candidate and graduate student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute since September 2022, focusing on protein-ligand interactions in multimodal chromatography. Previously, Zibo served as a Senior Research Associate at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. from April 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading the upstream process development for AAV8 production and designing a scale-down system for depth filtration. Prior experience as a Junior Process Engineer at STC Biologics Inc. involved participation in numerous upstream production runs and gaining proficiency in GMP-compliant manufacturing procedures. Zibo holds a Master's degree in chemical and biomolecular engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Engineering from Wuhan Polytechnic University.
