Jessica Joan St Claire has extensive experience in customer service and support roles, currently serving as a Customer Care Ambassador at END. since February 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at Newcastle Strategic Solutions and as a Retail Assistant at Primark, where exceptional customer service skills were essential. Jessica also contributed to Newcastle University as a member of the PGT Student Voice Committee focused on Sociology and Social Research, ensuring students' voices were heard, and as a Peer Mentor for first-year undergraduate students. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Newcastle University.
