Richard Dokes Jr

Richard Dokes Jr is an experienced Technical Project Manager who currently serves as the EOS Program Manager for T-Mobile, overseeing uplink integration projects. With a history of successfully managing multimillion-dollar technology initiatives at AT&T Mobility, Richard has led teams to deliver significant upgrades across thousands of cell sites, expertly managing project budgets and timelines. Richard's prior roles include Fiber Manager at AT&T, where they executed major network projects, and Cable Observation Manager, where they supervised field technicians. Educated at DePaul University, Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Network Engineering and Applied Computer Science.
