Agustin Kloster

Agustin Kloster began their work experience in 2011 as a Branch Office Manager at Farmacia San Martín, where they were responsible for managing teams, inventory, and analyzing product selling prices. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Support Agent at ConnectAmericas, supporting users and collaborating with stakeholders to improve the product. That same year, they joined Patagonian as a QA Analyst, where they performed manual and exploratory testing and documented bugs. Agustin later became a Business Analyst, analyzing and documenting business requirements and providing feedback to stakeholders. In 2018, Agustin became a Project Manager at Patagonian, successfully delivering products for various high-profile clients. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Endalia as a Product Owner.

Agustin Kloster has a diverse education history, with various degrees and certifications. In 2001, they attended Instituto Nuevo Siglo and obtained a Bachiller degree in Biotecnología in 2005. From 2006 to 2008, Agustin pursued a Licenciatura in Ciencias de la computación at Universidad Nacional del Sur. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Ruby Programming from The Pragmatic Studio. Additionally, Agustin has obtained several certifications in Agile methodologies, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in September 2022 and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in June 2020. Recently, from 2022 to 2024, Agustin pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
