David del Val

David del Val has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR and talent management. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as an HR Consultant at Thinking People, where they were responsible for recruiting and headhunting various profiles. David also conducted job analyses and provided customer advice. In 2018, they joined Aktios as an IT Recruiter, Headhunter, and HR Specialist. In this role, they focused on recruiting IT professionals and developing HR strategies such as job descriptions and performance reviews. Currently, since 2020, David works at Endalia as a People & Talent Manager, where they focus on talent acquisition, professional development, internal communication, and fostering a positive work environment.

David del Val completed their Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. in the years 2010 to 2014. David then pursued a Master's degree in HR Management from Künel Escuela de Negocios from 2014 to 2015.
