Rachel Spratt (nee Bushby) has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as People Director focusing on Group Talent and Capability at Tesco since June 2011. Spratt has held multiple roles at Tesco, including People Director for Colleague Experience and UK Business Partnering, as well as Head of HR for various divisions. Prior to joining Tesco, Spratt worked as an Oil and Gas Recruitment Manager at Halian and held management positions at Marks and Spencer. Spratt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Warwick.
