Fabio Heras Cristóbal

Fabio Heras Cristóbal has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and product management. Fabio started their career at ITERNOVA, where they worked on their Final Degree Project and later interned as a Software Engineering intern. Fabio gained knowledge about the company's design and development methodologies and familiarized himself with the framework used for managing data in the web management system. Fabio also designed and planned a modular architecture for a graphical tracking system.

After that, Fabio joined Endalia, where they held several roles. Fabio started as a BPO Software Engineering and later became a Scrum Master, facilitating the management, coordination, and monitoring of the software development cycle. Fabio supervised Scrum processes and created synergies between teams.

Fabio then transitioned to the role of Product Owner at Endalia, where they defined and executed the roadmap for the Endalia Mobile product. Fabio focused on innovating and transforming HR processes from a web-based environment to a mobile environment. Fabio also defended and coordinated Scrum methodologies to achieve the proposed roadmap.

Currently, Fabio serves as a Product Manager at Endalia, leading the scalability of the Endalia HR product. Fabio is responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, particularly in the migration towards a microservices architecture. Fabio also leads the Product Management team to achieve the proposed roadmap.

Fabio Heras Cristóbal completed their Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Technology and Services Engineering from the Universidad de Zaragoza in 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In November 2019, they obtained the Scrum Master certification from Scrum Manager. Fabio also obtained the certification in "Gestión de proyectos con metodologías Ágiles y enfoques Lean" from Telefónica Educación Digital in August 2019. In October 2022, they obtained the SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Most recently, in May 2023, they completed the "Escuela de Liderazgo" program from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
