Brenda Lozano

Brenda Lozano is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Specialist at Endava since September 2022, Brenda focuses on compliance processes, policies, and legislation to mitigate business risk. Previously, Brenda worked at Dextra Technologies, a Deloitte business, from January 2014 to September 2022, where roles included Compensation Lead, overseeing benefits management and compensation administration for both Mexico and the United States, and HR Business Partner, specializing in relocation, employee transfers, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Brenda started in human resources as a Generalist at Scitum from September 2010 to January 2014, managing staff administration and pre-payroll processes. Brenda holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Tecmilenio and additional qualifications in Human Resource Planning and Psychology.
