Gustavo Ghigliotto

Gustavo Ghigliotto is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Learning & Organizational Development Specialist at Endava since May 2021, Gustavo designs and executes soft skills training programs while collaborating with technical experts to create effective training materials. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Endava, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and HR Generalist at Accion Point S.A., where Gustavo advised on HR processes and monitored their execution. Earlier experience includes significant contributions as an HR Analyst and Recruiting Analyst at VMN+, as well as a selection assistant at RH Humans Group.
