Valeria Ramey

Valeria Ramey is a highly experienced professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Organizational Development Specialist at Northwell Health since May 2024, Valeria focuses on revenue cycle business training. Valeria has held multiple positions in behavioral health, including Licensed Behavior Analyst roles at Proud Moments and Manhattan Psychology Group, where individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are developed. Previously, Valeria was a Regional Clinical Director at Master Faster Inc., overseeing clinical operations and training, and has extensive experience as a Clinical Supervisor and Early Intervention ABA Therapist. Valeria earned a Master of Arts from Columbia University and holds a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® certification from Florida Institute of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The City College of New York.
