Leroy Bell

LeRoy Bell, CLU, currently holds the position of Vice Chairman at Endeavor Advisors since April 2023, showcasing extensive experience of 50 years in financial services with a focus on factor and evidence-based portfolio management and financial planning. Prior to this role, LeRoy served as President of Compass Financial Strategies from 1980 to May 2023 and has been a Volunteer Pilot for Angel Flight South Central since September 2007. LeRoy's educational background includes earning a CLU degree in Finance from The American College of Financial Services (1970-1975) and attending Texas Tech University (1955-1960) and Abilene High School (1953-1955).
