Julie Noyes

Julie Noyes, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Crew at Endeavor Air, where responsibilities include managing pilot selection and outreach initiatives. Noyes has extensive experience in the aviation industry, having also held positions related to pilot hiring at Endeavor Air since February 2016. Prior to this, Noyes was a District Sales Manager at Avon Products, Inc., from 1999 to February 2016, overseeing a large geographical area in the southeast suburbs. Noyes began a career in human resources at Northwest Airlines, where duties included recruiting, new hire orientation, and various HR administrative tasks from August 1989 to September 1999. Education was obtained from the University of North Dakota.
