Ladean Thach

LaDean Thach is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Representative at Endeavor Air since September 2021, previously holding the role of Talent Acquisition Representative. Responsibilities include recruiting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to guide the selection process. Prior to Endeavor Air, LaDean worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Monarch Healthcare Management from January 2018 to September 2021, assisting in various recruiting tasks such as conducting phone and in-person interviews. LaDean also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at the City of West St. Paul in 2017, where data compilation for a compensation study was performed. LaDean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2017.
