Randy Kohls has been working in the banking industry for over three decades, with experience at various banks such as Union Bank, California Bank & Trust, Silvergate Bank, and currently at Endeavor Bank as the Senior Vice President. With a degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University, Randy has a strong background in commercial banking relationship services and establishing long-term banking relationships.
