Endeavor Behavioral

Endeavor Behavioral provides behavioral therapy for a variety of ages and diagnoses, specializing in autism spectrum disorders, developmental disorders and delays, and behavior disorders. We offer on-site and off-site client events that support our clients in generalizing their skills, while of course having fun! Every other month we go off-site with our clients on field trips, most recently we took trips to the Houston Rodeo, a trampoline park, and Dewberry Farm. On the opposite months, we hold on-site events such as visits from our local community helpers, splash days, and fall festivals. And what would we be without our amazing Endeavor families? Endeavor offers Parent Social’s where our families can get together, have fun, and connect with one another. We are just as passionate about our team as we are our clients. Afterall, they are the front-line workers that are responsible for all our kids learning and growth. We are truly grateful for the passion, resilience, positivity, and dedication that they put into everything they do. We invest in training and educating our team daily to ensure they stay current on new research and developments within the field. We offer a variety of benefits including, but not limited to, insurance, awards and gift cards, paid/unpaid time off, mental health days, paid holidays, referral bonuses, school reimbursement for ABA related fields, monthly free breakfasts & lunches, monthly teambuilding events, 401K matching, and more! Likewise, we invest in team-building and fun events for our staff to ensure they feel as valued and appreciated as they are by our leadership and by the families they serve. More recently, we floated the Guadalupe River, went go kart racing, had a field day, and a crawfish boil! We know that giving back to our Endeavor Family will yield happy therapists who are passionate about their careers, and who celebrate teamwork and coming together to ensure the best progress of every individual we work with!
