Camilla Junqueira

Camilla Junqueira is the General Director at Endeavor Brasil. Camilla previously worked as the Coordenadora de Operações at Camarim 9 Studio from April 2010 to June 2012. At Camarim 9 Studio, they were responsible for overseeing the design and production of uniforms for events and uniform projects.

Junqueira was responsible for restructuring the company to professionalize it as a whole, by establishing processes and functions. Camilla also analyzed the company's strategy for expansion and created a strategic plan to open new business fronts. In addition, they developed documents that defined operational work procedures to be followed. Camilla analyzed potential suppliers and renegotiated work processes with old suppliers. Finally, they reassessed the pricing system and created more complete and structured spreadsheet, which optimized resources and reduced expenses.

In the administrative-financial area, Junqueira provided operational support such as issuing invoices, developing a cash flow spreadsheet (controlling outgoing invoices from suppliers and internal expenses versus customer invoices), billing, and job closing spreadsheet (estimated cost versus actual cost).

Junqueira also supervised the creation and development of all communication materials for the new Camarim 9 Studio visual identity.

Camilla Junqueira has a degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Propaganda and Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Camilla also has a degree in Branding: Gestão Estratégica de Marcas from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
