Charles Thomas

Charles Thomas has more than 20 years of experience in graphic design and creative services. Charles is currently serving as the Vice President of Creative Services at Endeavor Business Media, where they lead a team to provide marketing services. Charles previously held the position of Creative Director, where they were recognized as one of the 2023 Graphic Design USA People to Watch list. Charles also worked as a Creative Director for Event Marketing at Endeavor Business Media, where they conceptualized and produced strategic marketing campaigns.

Prior to joining Endeavor Business Media, Charles worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at their own company, Charles Thomas Design, from 2013 onwards. Before that, they served as a Creative Lead at CareATC, where they provided corporate branding guidelines and designed workflow systems to increase efficiency.

Charles also worked at PennWell for several years, starting as a Graphic Designer/Illustrator and progressing to roles such as Senior Marcom Designer, Art Director, and Manager. In their role as a Manager, they led a team of designers responsible for creating promotional materials and maintaining high standards. Charles also worked as a Corporate Event Photographer, capturing images for trade show events and marketing materials.

Additionally, Charles was involved with the Art Directors Club of Tulsa, where they held positions such as Vice President and Membership Chair.

Charles Thomas holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design, which they obtained from Oklahoma State University between 1997 and 2000. In 2018, they enrolled at Tulsa Community College, where they are currently pursuing studies in Web Development. Additionally, Charles has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "User Experience for Web Design" in November 2022, "Leaders: Make Your Teams More Agile, Creative, and United" in May 2021, "Strategic Thinking" in May 2021, and "Transitioning from Technical Professional to Manager" in May 2021.
