James Parada

James Parada has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. James began their career at Penton Media, Inc. in 1996 as an Ad Services Production Artist and later became a Promotions Coordinator. In 2000, they joined Lachina Publishing Services, Inc. where they held various roles such as Production Specialist, Composition Coordinator, and Information Technology Coordinator. At Lachina Publishing Services, they also served as the Content and Technology Manager, responsible for implementing IT needs, integrating production technologies, and creating HR manuals. In 2013, James became a Level I CrossFit Trainer at Open Country Crossfit, where they shared their passion for fitness transformation. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Production Manager at Plastics Machinery Magazine. Currently, James is an Operations Support System Specialist at Endeavor Business Media, starting in December 2019. Prior to their current role, James also operated their own company, Junebug Creative, providing publishing, print technology consulting, editing, writing, graphic design, project management, and hardware/software support services.

James Parada attended Kent State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. In addition to their degree, James also holds a Level I Trainer (CF-L1) certification, which they obtained from Rogue Fitness in April 2013.
