Rocio Gonzalez Tapia is a professional with extensive experience in healthcare and strategic planning. Currently serving as KAM Selección y Crecimiento Endeavor Patagonia at Endeavor Chile since February 2024, Rocio also holds a membership position at Sochisap, responsible for guiding the strategic planning process. Notable achievements include coordinating the 2023 strategic planning session and developing an online course on planetary health. As the founder and executive director of Rémora.chile from August 2020 to February 2024, Rocio led initiatives in waste reduction for health establishments. Previous clinical roles include working as a pediatric intensive care nurse at Hospital Puerto Montt and UC CHRISTUS, where Rocio managed critical care for young patients. Rocio's educational background includes degrees in circular economy, infection prevention, advanced nursing care for critically ill children, and a university nursing degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
