Jack Hauser

Jack Hauser is a board member at Endeavor Communications. Prior to that, they served as the principal and CFO of Andcor Companies, Inc. from March 1995 to December 2002.

Andcor Companies, Inc. is an executive search and strategic human resource consulting firm that also assists its client companies in raising capital by making equity investments. Jack was responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the company, reviewing business plans of selected clients, and served as the Executive Director of Minnesota Management Partners, a private equity fund that Andcor formed to invest in early stage companies.

In their role as the CFO of Andcor Companies, Inc., Jack was responsible for all finance and accounting functions of the company, including preparing monthly financial statements and annual budget, negotiating Andcor's investment in most of its portfolio companies, and managing all employee benefits. Under Jack's leadership, Andcor saw a tenfold increase in shareholder's equity.

Jack Hauser has a MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance from Drake University.
