Noha Kandil

Noha Kandil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and finance. Currently serving as the Manager of Entrepreneur Selection & Growth at Endeavor Egypt since November 2021, Noha launched the first Scale Up program, 'Xcelerise,' in collaboration with GIZ, aimed at helping approximately 30 startups in the green-tech sector. Prior to this role, Noha was a Senior Associate within the same organization, leading portfolios in fintech, F&B, health-tech, and ed-tech while facilitating international market expansions into Egypt. Previous experience includes a Senior Analyst position in Corporate Banking at EGbank, managing a substantial EGP 600M portfolio, and an Investment Banking Analyst role at Beltone Financial, where Noha contributed to significant transactions across various sectors. Noha holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from The American University in Cairo and completed a course on Startup Success at London Business School.
