Lori Pinder

Lori Pinder is currently working as a Paralegal on a contract basis at CAMS since March 2024. Prior to this, Lori held the title of Corporate Paralegal/Corporate Secretary at Arcadia eFuels, Expanse Electrical Co., and Endeavor Energy Holdings LLC. At Willbros, where Lori worked from January 2009 to January 2017, Lori served as the Director of the Office of Corporate Secretary & Corporate Secretary, taking on additional responsibilities after organizational changes. Before that, at Southern Union and Enron, Lori held roles such as Deputy Corporate Secretary, Project Manager, and Manager in Corporate Services, showcasing their expertise and experience in the field. Lori is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Technical Communication at the University of Houston-Downtown.
