Tom Xavier

Tom Xavier has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Tom currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Endeavor Hospitality Group since 2018. Prior to this role, they were the Managing Director and General Manager at Pyramid Hotel Group from 2014 to 2018. In 2013, they worked as the General Manager at Luxe City Center Hotel. Tom Xavier also worked at Dolce Hotels & Resorts as the Task Force General Manager from 2012 to 2013. Tom'scareer began at Gaylord Opryland Resort Hotel & Convention Center in 2000, where they served as the Director of Rooms. Tom later became the Executive Director of Hotel Operations at MGM Grand from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 to 2012, they held the position of General Manager at Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel. Tom Xavier has a strong background in hotel management and strategic leadership.

Tom Xavier holds a BS degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Denver.
