Sathis Manoharen

Sathis Manoharen currently serves as VP of Group Strategy & Corporate Finance at MR DIY Malaysia, where responsibilities include establishing MR DIY’s retail business in European markets and overseeing the launch of MR DIY Turkey. Sathis also holds directorships and board memberships in multiple international MR DIY entities, reviews M&A opportunities, and chaired the ESG Committee from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, Sathis is a mentor at Endeavor Malaysia and has a strong background in private equity, having led various projects at Creador, including the establishment of retail and e-commerce operations in Vietnam and multiple Southeast Asian countries. Previous roles include Regional Head of Operations at Grab and Regional Head of Cargo at AirAsia, with early career experience at Accenture, ConocoPhillips, and Leighton Asia. Sathis holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Housing, Building and Planning from Universiti Sains Malaysia and completed the ConocoPhillips-GE Six Sigma Programme in the United Kingdom.
