Matt Starker

Matt Starker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the streaming, media, and entertainment industries. Currently serving as Chief Business Officer at Endeavor Streaming since October 2020, Starker has been instrumental in driving transformative growth for clients' streaming platforms. Prior to this role, Starker held various leadership positions at Endeavor Streaming, MRS Ventures, and Spring Studios, focusing on direct-to-consumer business, corporate strategy, and operational development. Starker's previous experience includes significant roles at Condé Nast, where responsibilities encompassed digital strategy, business development, and video content strategy, as well as positions at VEVO and Agilis Equity Partners. Starker holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University.
